- Honesty - if you visit us in-store or contact us online with any queries, we will always give you honest feedback and answer truthfully to your questions. If you're trying an item of clothing on and we don't think it suits you we'll tell you, we might lose a sale, but we don't want you to go home and find that you hate an item and have to bring it back, as that's not what we're about.
